Our membership plans are designed to provide exceptional care at affordable rates, starting with comprehensive coverage for the first family member. To ensure your loved ones can also benefit from our services, we offer discounted rates for additional family members, making it easy for everyone to achieve optimal health together. With personalized care and a commitment to your family’s well-being, our plans are tailored to support a healthier, happier lifestyle.
First Family Member
Our chiropractic membership options for the first family member are designed to provide consistent, high-quality care at an affordable monthly rate. These plans include regular adjustments, wellness consultations ensuring a comprehensive approach to your health and well-being.
- 2 times a week: $360/month
- 1 time a week: $200/month
- 2 times per month: $110/month
Additional Family Members
Additional family members can join our chiropractic membership plans at a discounted rate, making it easy for the entire family to prioritize health and wellness.
- 2 times a week: $280/month
- 1 time a week: $160/month
- 2 times per month: $90/month
PACKAGES AND PAY PER VISIT:
Packages
These packages include regular adjustments only, re-exams are not included with packages. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visits must be utilized within 12 months of purchase date. *Re-exam price $75.
- 12 Visits: $720
- 24 Visits: $1,320
Pay Per Visit
- Single Visit: $75
Terms and Conditions
- We do not provide diagnostic codes or superbills for the purpose of insurance reimbursement.
- Each plan requires a 3 month commitment before changing or canceling plan. If you wish to cancel earlier than 3 months, your card will still be charged for your remaining months of care.
- A 7 day notice prior to your next payment is required to make any changes or cancel your plan. Notice must be through text or email.
After the initial 3 months, you may change your plan as you wish. Your new plan will begin with your next billing cycle. - Memberships cannot be shared among family members.
- No credit will be given for unused visits.
- Missed appointments will not be rescheduled or made up. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment and we will be happy to accommodate.
- There will be times of acute injury and illness requiring additional adjustments. “Boost Adjustments” will be available for an additional $40 each, due at the time of service. If boosts have not been pre-paid and the payment is not made at the time of service, the card on file will be charged at the end of the day.
- Two neurological re-evaluations each year are included. These appointments are done at your request or if needed by the doctors.
