I'm a Webster Certified prenatal and pediatric chiropractor passionate about helping women and families feel informed, empowered, and supported through every season of life.

I believe you deserve to understand your body, have a voice in your care, and feel confident in the decisions you make for yourself and your family. My approach is centered around the nervous system and gentle, specific chiropractic care that meets you where you are.

As a mom myself, I understand how much there is to navigate through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and raising a family. There is no shortage of information or opinions, and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed.
