Our Technique

Torque Release Technique

Dr. Kaitlyn is Advanced Proficiency Certified in Torque Release Technique (TRT).

Developed out of research, TRT is comprised of the top 7 most widely utilized chiropractic techniques, making it the most specific, scientific chiropractic technique to date. Dr. Kaitlyn uses a specialized adjusting instrument, called the Integrator, to provide specific and gentle adjustments without any twisting, cracking, or popping.

TRT provides highly effective results in a gentle, reproducible, and non-invasive manner.

Attributes that make an Integrator adjustment something special and powerful are:

  • Precise

Dr. Kaitlyn can pinpoint the exact point on the spine that requires adjustment of nerve force.

  • Specific

The force, frequency of energy, torque, speed, and thrust provided by the Integrator have all been tailor-made to deliver the perfect amount of energy to help normalize nerve function.

  • Gentle

An Integrator adjustment can be delivered with the spine in a perfectly relaxed position with a controlled amount of force.

  • Fast

The incredibly fast but shallow impulse is one of the secrets to the effectiveness of this adjustment and the reason for it being so gentle.

  • Recoil

Another of the secret ingredients built into the Integrator is recoil: This bounce in the impulse increases the body’s nerve system response.

  • Torque

Subatomic particles, atoms, muscles, and human bodies all move in three dimensions: The three-dimensional impulse of the Integrator maximizes the effectiveness of the human body.

  • Effective

The benefits of the Integrator adjustments have been measured by scientific research and this research has been published in major peer-reviewed medical journals.

  • Reliable

The way that the Integrator delivers an adjustment is very consistent and reliable so that the right amount of force and energy is transmitted on each and every adjustment.

  • Consistent

The assessment, examination and adjustments that are used in TRT are standardized which means that several practitioners using the same method can deliver the same results and experience.

  • Recognized

The Integrator is patented for the correction of Subluxation and is the first device of its kind with an FDA accreditation.

Pediatric Care

Children undergo stress on their bodies on a regular basis. In fact, the first stress a baby will experience is during the birthing process itself. This is then followed by countless trips and falls, sports injuries, extended hours of sitting at school, along with the emotional stress experienced during growth and development. These stressors can build up and lead to neurological and structural dysfunction.

Neurological dysfunction in infants and children can lead to issues such as

  • Trouble latching

  • Infantile reflux

  • Constipation

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Ear infections

  • Allergies

  • Asthma

  • Learning difficulties

  • ADD/ADHD

  • And so much more!

At Arise, it is our mission to restore and improve nervous system dysfunction in children so that they may live to be healthy, happy kids that grow into healthy, happy, thriving adults.

Athletic Care

As an active person herself, Dr. Kaitlyn understands the benefits of staying active. However, she also understands the potential negative effects such high demand and stress can have on the body, often times resulting in spinal misalignments and neurological dysfunction. These misalignments can lead to decreased joint strength, decreased range of motion and flexibility, decreased blood circulation, and diminished recovery.

Chiropractic care is an effective way to prepare athletes to perform and recover at the highest level.

Wellness Care

Health is not just about feeling well, it is about functioning well. Regardless of the presence or absence of symptoms, chiropractic care has been shown to produce measurable health benefits. These benefits include increased range of motion, improved sleep, improved cardiovascular health, improved digestion, improved immune function, and so much more.

Maintaining a healthy nervous system is crucial for overall health and wellbeing.
