Before Your First Visit
Step 1: Click here to schedule your initial visit in our office.
Step 2: Confirm your appointment. After you schedule, a team member will reach out to you to confirm your appointment, answer any questions you may have, and send all necessary paperwork.
Step 3: Complete your new patient paperwork PRIOR to your arrival. Completing the paperwork ahead of time allows us to be fully prepared for your visit.
Your First Visit
Get to Know the Office: When you first arrive at Arise, you will be given a brief tour so you can feel right at home in the office.
Health Consultation: This consultation allows us to really get to know you, your story, and your health goals. Our doctors pride themselves on providing our undivided attention to help get to the root of your health concerns.
Neurological Scans: We will utilize state-of-the-art technology to get a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning and where specific nerve interference is occurring. These diagnostic tests allow us to fully discover the root cause of any dysfunction within your body, so that we can provide the best possible care you need and deserve.
Your Second Visit
Review Your Nervous System Scans: For your second visit, you will receive the results of your nervous system scans. This information allows us to be proactive about your health by addressing any brain-body miscommunications within your body.
Care Plan Recommendations: Once we have reviewed your specific neurological scans, we will discuss our recommendations for your care. Healing occurs differently for everyone, therefore your care plan should be specific to your needs. No “one size fits all” care is given here!
Your First Adjustment: The moment you have been waiting for! Once you are fully informed about your care and are ready to commit to your healing journey, you will receive your first adjustment! ***This adjustment is not included in our new patient evaluation price but rather a part of your chiropractic care plan.
